WHO WE ARE
Barry is a founding member of Moore Energy LLC, a Pennsylvania based design-build and installation firm specializing in Solar Photovoltaic power systems for both commercial and residential properties. Barry’s motivation to begin Moore Energy stemmed from the fact that there were a lack of businesses in Pennsylvania providing a single source solution by providing the design, cost/benefit analysis, and the installation of solar energy systems. Furthermore, very few solar energy firms have achieved the necessary accreditations to receive State sponsored financial incentives (Grants, Rebates and Low Interest Loans) for solar installations.
Barry, who has a MBA from the University of Connecticut, has over 30 years experience in Banking and Financing and has extensive experience in building successful and profitable businesses both in the United States and Europe. He has also worked closely with numerous State and Federal agencies. This knowledge of governmental policies and procedures ensures that our clients receive the full amount of all government sponsored incentives and renewable energy credits. Most recently Barry was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Anglo Irish Bank, prior to that he was an Executive Vice President at GMAC.
Barry and his family live in a 200 year old farm house in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He is currently involved in a number of nonprofit activities to preserve the environment. Most recently, he was nominated to be Vice-Chairperson of the Churchville Nature Center in Bucks County.
Barry Alan Moore
Peter Vari holds a Masters of Science degree in mechanical engineering and degrees in computer science and electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Budapest, Hungary. Peter has been custom designing automation equipment since 1981. Peter has designed and built a variety of machines and electrical control systems from hydraulic presses to vision and robotics based automation systems. These systems resulted in significant cost savings for clients. Peter is an inventor who holds numerous US Patents.
In the past ten years Peter has successfully started and sold two private engineering businesses. Most recently, Peter oversaw engineering projects ranging from carbon emission monitoring shelters to high speed packaging machinery for both private companies and government agencies.
As a founding member of Moore Energy LLC., Peter has dedicated himself to the science of solar systems. This knowledge enables him to be an expert at designing solar systems for maximum efficiency, reliability and cost effectiveness.
Barry and Peter believe that renewable energy is absolutely the best way to preserve our environment, satisfy our need to become energy independent, and thereby, fuel our future!
